New home in developing neighborhood tops sales report at $885,000

The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 20 was $885,000 for a home on the east edge of Sioux Falls.
The 3,700-square-foot modern farmhouse ranch walkout in Mystic Creek was built by John Tschetter Construction. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include walk-in closets in two of the lower-level bedrooms and a four-stall garage.
