New ghost kitchen offers breakfast focus all day

A new ghost kitchen offering a breakfast menu all day is available in Sioux Falls.
The Pancake Kitchen is operated out of the kitchen of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. It’s available for delivery-only through Door Dash and Grub Hub.
It launched in Los Angeles last year and is expanding nationwide this year.
Pancake varieties include buttermilk, Wild Maine blueberry, confetti made with fruity cereal, pecan and stuffed cheesecake. Sides include hash brown casserole, fried apples, thick-sliced bacon and biscuit beignets.
In a statement, Cracker Barrel said the menu represents some of its most popular items.
“The expansion of The Pancake Kitchen by Cracker Barrel is part of our plan to make it as easy and convenient as possible for guests to enjoy one of our most popular homestyle breakfast favorites – whether they want pancakes at breakfast, lunch or dinner time,” said Matthew Schaeder, senior director of strategy and innovation. “As the trend in online ordering and partnership with on-demand delivery platforms continues, we are excited to evolve our strategy and offerings to ensure our guests are able to satisfy their cravings for ‘pancakes all flippin’ day’.”
