New event venue opens in Lennox

A new venue is ready to host events in Lennox.
Prosper Country Warehouse & Event Hall is just east of the Lincoln County community at 46620 278th St. and owned by Dustin and Allie McLouth.
Dustin is a science teacher in the Lennox School District, while Allie previously owned a child care business.
“We were so excited to discover property in Lennox just over a year ago,” Allie McLouth said. “Everything led us right where we needed to be. We are so excited to grow and benefit the community and surrounding towns.”
The 9,500-square-foot facility can hold up to 575 people and includes a bridal suite, groom’s den and kitchen.
“Prosper is a sleek, black, modern yet industrial-styled venue,” McLouth said. “We wanted to broaden the selection of venues outside of the typical beautiful barn.”
In addition to weddings, the hope is to host graduation parties and other community gatherings.
“Bookings are going great,” McLouth said. “We are one weekend away from being fully booked in June of 2024, and we only have two weekends available in (each of the) other months next year. We feel so blessed; 2025 has bookings as well.”
A ribbon-cutting will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday. It will include an opening-night party with appetizers, drinks, dancing and games until 9 p.m.
While the building is done, the upstairs lofted bride and groom suites will be ready in the spring.
