An Omaha couple is expanding their New Age crystal store to Sioux Falls.

Awakenings will open today at in the Greenway retail center at 3500 W. 41st St.

Inventory include crystals, sage products, decor, home, beauty and wellness products, essential oils, pendulums, salt lamps, dreamcatchers,  jewelry and gifts.

“It’s more than a business; it’s more than just a store. … It’s a family, a community of like-minded people all with one goal in common: to raise our vibes and be our best authentic selves. We have had great success in the Omaha, Nebraska, area and are excited to now be a part of the Sioux Falls community,” co-owner Eric Abts said.

Awakenings is the brainchild of Abts and partner Kelli Miller, an Omaha psychic/medium. Both are self-described spiritual leaders in the community and go-getters who had the idea to expand on Miller’s existing selection of retail products and ran with it.

Their goal was “to serve their local community’s ever-growing spiritual population by creating a hub for everyone from the newly enlightened mom to the practiced yogi and beyond,” they said, adding the mission “is to provide a positive energy space and an array of products and tools designed to enhance, empower and enrich your personal growth and spiritual journey.”

Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
