A new house in northeast Sioux Falls topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Oct. 21 at $1.6 million.

The 5,000-square-foot ranch house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on a 1-acre lot in the Canterbury Heights neighborhood north of Madison Street. Features include a full kitchen in the lower level, a six-stall garage and a covered deck.

Three other homes topped the million-dollar mark.
