Need to hire? Reach new audience, help workforce development with our offer

May 13, 2021

Chances are your next great hire might not be looking at a job website or other classified ad source.

That person probably is excelling in a role already.

And we think that candidate might be among our readers.

So Align Content Studio is ramping up how we offer job listings in response to an unprecedented need to hire.

We’re offering short, linked listings to jobs in email newsletters sent to our SiouxFalls.Business and Pigeon605 readers.

And we’re helping the broader need to attract and retain a workforce in our community along the way.

“I wanted to find a way both to help businesses reach candidates now but also to support the ongoing and future need for talent in our community,” said Jodi Schwan, founder of Align Content Studio.

“So from now through the end of the year, we’re donating half of every job listing placed with us to Forward Sioux Falls to help advance its workforce development programming. That will support everything from connecting kids at an early age with STEM careers to helping match high school and college students with careers in in-demand fields to more broadly communicating the opportunities in Sioux Falls to those in other cities.”

Listings are $100 and will reach at least 10,000 readers. Of that, $50 per listing will be contributed to Forward Sioux Falls.

Listings will be limited each week. Email [email protected] to reserve placement.

“If the early response to this is any indication, we’re providing a service the business community needs right now,” Schwan said. “I’m glad we can do a small part to contribute to a win-win approach that hopefully will result in some much-needed hiring.”
