• United Way: With nearly 100 percent employee participation in the Sioux Empire United Way, it’s safe to say we believe in the missions of the 42 organizations it supports. From donating to volunteering with its many partners, our team stays involved year-round.
• Community Day: Since 2008, the Sioux Falls office has closed for a day each summer to head outside and serve our community. The past few years, we have worked alongside Habitat for Humanity on the city of Sioux Falls’ Neighborhood Revitalization Program and partnered with the city to clean up flood damage at the Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum.
• Junior Achievement: We are passionate about inspiring the next generation, and Junior Achievement gives us limitless opportunities to do just that. We have over a dozen team members teaching JA in elementary school classrooms and working with eighth graders at JA Inspire to help them learn more about their future careers.
• Zeal Center for Entrepreneurship: We have long been associated with Zeal, participating in local events and sponsoring the startup accelerator program. Our office partners with Zeal to provide guidance and professional advice to the entrepreneurial community.
• The Banquet: The Banquet serves meals free of cost and judgment to anyone who walks through its doors. Our team has served and donated thousands of meals through the meal ministry and continues to lend a helping hand many early mornings to put breakfast on the table.
