Kara Flynn of Rapid City has been named vice president of development for the Children’s Home Foundation. This role has statewide responsibilities for fundraising. She previously served in a director role for the western part of South Dakota for the past several months. Her background includes working as executive director for the Rapid City Public School Foundation as well as serving on the Rapid City School Board. She was the West River co-chair for a South Dakota Public Broadcasting campaign that raised $14 million.

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls has promoted Mike Yaeger to treasury management specialist lead. Yaeger has worked in the financial services industry for 12 years, with experience in credit cards, operations, mortgage lending and information technology. He has been with the bank since November 2023, previously serving as an IT help desk specialist.

Pyne Lenocker has joined The First National Bank in Sioux Falls as an ag banker and assistant vice president. Lenocker has worked in financial services for seven years and was an agronomist before that. He primarily will serve agribusiness customers in Beadle and Spink counties.

Dr. Jeremy Cauwels, chief medical officer at Sanford Health, was part of a panel at the American Medical Group Association’s Large Group Executive Summit earlier this month in Austin, Texas.
