SBA South Dakota District Office
The U.S. Small Business Administration South Dakota District Office has presented its annual lender awards.
The First National Bank in Sioux Falls won the award for the most 7(a) loans made and the highest dollar volume with 25 loans for $8.5 million. These loans supported 145 jobs across a variety of industries, including health care, construction and education.
Dakota Business Finance, an SBA certified development corporation, made 37 SBA 504 loans across the state totaling almost $32 million. The loans supported 319 jobs in the manufacturing, retail and agriculture industries.
Plains Commerce Bank was recognized as the third-party lender of the year. The bank partnered with CDCs to make 10 SBA 504 loans totaling $12.5 million.
