Midcentury home on acreage tops sales report at $1.6M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Sept. 8 was $1.6 million for an acreage between Sioux Falls and Brandon.
The midcentury ranch home was built in 1961 and sits on 7.5 tree-filled acres. The 4,300-square-foot home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include an in-ground pool and two outbuildings.
Two other homes topped the million-dollar mark.
