If you’re reading this and you’d like to enjoy an Easter meal at one of your favorite Sioux Falls restaurants, your next move probably should be to pick up the phone or go online.

Reservations are filling fast at Grille 26 and Minervas in downtown Sioux Falls, which will offer rare Sunday dining on March 31 as you celebrate Easter.

“If you’d like to dine with us, especially if you have a larger group, we need to hear from you as soon as possible,” Vanguard Hospitality CEO Ken Bashore said.

“Many families have made these dinners an annual tradition, so we’re excited to welcome everyone and share some special menus for you, but if you want to ensure a seat, definitely let us know soon.”

Guests at Minervas can dine from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will find both classic dishes and special Easter offerings.

Visit the popular Market Bar for soup, salad and charcuterie, try a breakfast entree such as ham and cheese crepes or French toast, or celebrate with prime rib, Scottish Salmon or the Hunter Pork Chop.

Here’s the complete menu:

Grille 26 will offer a special Easter menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It’s a mix of customer favorites such as blackened salmon salad and brick oven salmon combined with lots of special dishes.

The popular breakfast charcuterie and pizza are back, and new additions include brunch steak fajitas, and chicken and waffles.

Plus, all egg dishes feature eggs from Fruit of the Coop in Brandon, so you’ll be keeping it local for your Easter meal.
