The event will mark its 10th show in the city on April 11-12 at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds. It runs from 4 to 7 p.m. April 11 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 12.

Shoppers can explore a wide variety of items, including shabby-chic home decor, rustic furniture, trendy boutique clothing, handmade jewelry, outdoor spring decor and gourmet foods such as coffeecake, loose-leaf tea, kettle corn, dips and more. Plus, enjoy delicious food from food trucks while supporting small businesses.

Owner Kerry Bamsey started hosting the events in Sioux Falls in 2021.

“It’s amazing to see how much it has grown,” she said. “Each year, more shoppers and vendors join us, and the excitement continues to build. People love the one-of-a-kind shopping experience where they can discover unique products and connect directly with the makers — something you just don’t get with big-box stores or online shopping.”

It’s also a fantastic way to support small businesses, meet talented local makers and enjoy a fun day out with friends and family, she said.

“Plus, Junkin’ Market Days events are now held in nine states across the Midwest and Southern states, bringing this incredible shopping experience to even more communities,” Bamsey added.
