Juice Stop to move southeast location to space with drive-thru
Dec. 10, 2024
Juice Stop is moving the smoothie shop at 57th Street and Cliff Avenue farther south to a new retail center that offers a drive-thru.
“We’re not moving because it’s not going good there,” owner Troy Jansma said of the location that opened seven years ago. “The new location will better accommodate customers.”
The relocated Juice Stop will be in a retail center at 69th Street and Cliff. The business will take the space on the west end of the retail center, which is just east of B&G Milkyway.
Build-out will start this week, Jansma said.
“We will be in there March 1, maybe sooner.”
The location on 57th will remain open until just before the space at 1404 W. 69th St. is ready. There will be about a week of downtime while the equipment is moved, Jansma said.

Juice Stop celebrated its 20th anniversary in March. In addition to smoothies, it sells fusion drinks and iced coffee. There are five locations in Sioux Falls.
The retail center at 69th and Cliff that’s part of the Stadium Crossing development “is a really great location for commercial,” said Alexis Mahlen, a commercial broker at Lloyd Cos. who has the remaining spaces co-listed with Lloyd’s Raquel Blount.
“The development and growth of that area, especially with the connection to Veterans Parkway, has certainly increased activity,” she said. “I think Juice Stop will really thrive there.”
Arcana Lash Co. & Suites opened on the other end of the building in October.
Three spaces remain, but they also could be combined into one large space of 4,000 square feet or be used by two tenants, Mahlen said. The smallest bay is just over 1,000 square feet.
One space remains in the retail center next door that’s home to Atomic Wings, HotWorx, a nail salon and an orthodontic office.
