Jim’s Burgers has closed, and its building at 1200 S. Minnesota Ave. is for sale.

The burger restaurant, which also served breakfast and Mexican food, opened in March 2016 in the former KFC building.

It was the sixth location for owner Jamie Cruz, who has other restaurants in Iowa.

The building is listed for sale with Ryan Ammann of NAI Sioux Falls.
