The most expensive residential sale for the week of Sept. 1 was almost $1.1 million for a home near the country clubs in central Sioux Falls.

The two-story, brick-fronted estate was custom built in 1984 in the Spurceleigh neighborhood. The 6,200-square-foot home has four bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom, and two additional bathrooms. Features include five fireplaces and extensive landscaping.
