The most expensive home sale for the week of Aug. 12 was $1 million for a home in a rural neighborhood south of Sioux Falls.
The house with four bedrooms and four bathrooms sits on an acre next to a pond in the Arthur Estates development along Bakker Crossing Golf Course.
