The most expensive residential sale for the week of May 15 was $1.5 million for a home in the Old Orchard Heights neighborhood in southeast Sioux Falls.

The 6,000-square-foot home was built in 1998 on a 1-acre lot. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include three fireplaces, in-floor heat throughout the lower level and a four-stall garage.
