Parade of Homes entry tops sales report at $1.2M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 29 was $1.2 million for a former Parade of Homes entry.

The home was built by Kelly Construction in 2022 in the Mystic Creek Addition on the east side of Sioux Falls. The 4,200-square-foot, two-story walkout has five bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and five bathrooms. Features include a three-season screened deck with a fireplace.
