Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for the top 10 most expensive residential sales for the week of Aug. 7.

The top sale was $1.5 million for a walkout ranch home along Prairie Green Golf Course.

The 4,000-square-foot home was built in 1995 on a half-acre lot. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include a wraparound deck overlooking the fairway for the 13th hole.

The No. 2 sale was $1.45 million for a condominium unit in downtown’s Washington Square.
