The most expensive residential sale for the week of March 6 was $1.4 million for a home in the Prairie Hills neighborhood in south Sioux Falls.

The 6,300-square-foot home was built in 2012 and overlooks a greenway running along the backyard. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
