Home along greenway tops sales report at $1.3M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 10 was $1.3 million for a home along a greenway in south Sioux Falls.
The ranch walkout home was built in 2008 in The Reserve neighborhood. The 4,800-square-foot home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a three-sided fireplace, full kitchen in the lower level, a fitness room, hot tub and screened-in deck.
A second home topped the million-dollar mark at $1.2 million. The 3,600-square-foot home was built in 2021 and sits on 10 acres northeast of Harrisburg. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
