The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 12 was $890,500 for a home in the Prairie Vista Estate neighborhood near 69th Street and Western Avenue.

The 4,400-square-foot two-story walkout was built in 2005. It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include an in-ground pool, paver patio and composite deck. There’s a main-floor office, formal dining room and a custom stone-surround fireplace. The four-car garage has heated floors.
