The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 3 was just over $1 million for a home along the driving range at Bakker Crossing Golf Course.

The 7,100-square-foot ranch walkout home was custom built in 2008 on a 1-acre lot. It has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include custom woodwork, marble medallions in the floor, a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry for the formal dining room. The marble, granite and slate floors throughout the home are heated. The lower level has a theater room, wet bar and wine cellar.
