Two of the city’s vacant 41st Street big-box spaces are filled — at least for the next couple of months.

National Halloween retailers are leasing the spots on the highly traveled Sioux Falls retail corridor, beginning with a new spot for Spirit Halloween.

This year, it’s located at 41st Street and Grange Avenue in the retail center across from Costco that includes At Home.

The store is filled with Spirit Halloween’s large-scale displays as well as aisles of costumes and seasonal decor.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

The former Tuesday Morning space now is the temporary home of Halloween Express, which is open in the retail center on 41st Street east of Kiwanis Avenue.

It’s also overflowing with masks, costumes and accessories for all ages.

There’s decor here too.

Walk to the back and you’ll discover a spooky display.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
