Featured home on spring parade tops sales report at $1.1M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 18 was $1.1 million for a home in eastern Sioux Falls that was featured on the Spring Parade of Homes.
The 3,000-square-foot house was built by Smart Homes in the newest phase of the Willow Ridge neighborhood. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a heated four-stall garage. Features include a 100-inch fireplace and 100-inch TV in the entertainment room and an in-ground pool in the backyard.
