Empire Mall Hallmark store to close

The Hallmark Gold Crown store is closing at The Empire Mall.
Linda Lee’s Hallmark Shop, which is in the Sears wing, is expected to remain open through Friday.
It’s among several recent closures in that area of the mall, including Great American Cookie Company and Pretzelmaker. Sears also is scheduled to close later this year.
With the closure, there will be one Hallmark store remaining in Sioux Falls at the Western Mall.
