The North American apparel retailer Garage is coming to The Empire Mall.

Garage was founded in 1975 in Canada and has more than 300 locations across North America.

Garage is a “fashion-forward brand providing on-trend, everyday essentials within a casually cool shopping space,” according to a statement from the mall.

The women’s clothing shop is scheduled to open next summer.

“We are so excited to expand into the Sioux Falls market and connect with a new community,” Garage representative Jacee Scoular said in a statement. “The brand is best recognized for our denim and cargo bottoms, fleece, everyday basics and trend-based styles designed to inspire style-conscious individuals to feel good in their skin.”

The mall didn’t release which space Garage will be filling.
