Eide Bailly is getting bigger.

The national certified public accounting and business advisory firm, which has an office in downtown Sioux Falls, will add Apple Growth Partners on June 24.

The Cleveland-based firm has locations across the Great Lakes region, with 24 partners and 125 staff in offices in Akron, Cleveland and Canton, Ohio; and Schaumburg, Illinois; and an office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

“AGP has a strong workplace culture and a commitment to authenticity, exceptional service and taking care of each other,” said Jeremy Hauk, managing partner/CEO of Eide Bailly. “It was evident from our initial meeting with the AGP leadership that they would be a great addition. We both talked about culture, our people and our clients. We could tell immediately that both firms really meant what we said and would be a great fit.”

The partnership marks Eide Bailly’s first office east of the Mississippi River. The addition of the Ohio market marks the second-largest acquisition in the firm’s century-plus history. It started in 1917 in Fargo.

Eide Bailly’s team has grown to more than 3,700 people.
