A rare Sunday opening at Minervas is ahead with Easter dinner this April 4.

“We only open on Sundays for special occasions, but this Easter definitely fits that,” Vanguard CEO Ken Bashore said.

“So we’re excited to welcome our guests to Minervas for their Easter celebrations.”

Minervas will serve its dinner menu from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including its famous prime rib.

The newly returned and improved Market Bar also will be available, with its fresh, locally sourced selection of soups, salads and charcuterie.

“Guests have really been enjoying returning to discover the Market Bar, and we’re looking forward to continuing to refresh it as new produce comes in season,” Bashore said.
