Custom designed, built house tops sales report at $1.2M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Sept. 15 was almost $1.2 million for a home in south Sioux Falls.

The custom designed and built ranch walkout was constructed in 2020 in the Timber Oaks neighborhood near 85th Street and Western Avenue. The 3,300-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include a walk-in pantry, a walk-in closet and laundry room in the master suite, a screened-in porch, paver patio with gas firepit and a single-hoop sport court.

Two other homes topped the million-dollar mark.
