Coffea Roasterie has started serving coffee drinks and more inside the new Hotel on Phillips.

The locally owned coffee shop is located in the lobby of the hotel at Ninth and Phillips in a space that harks back to its history as a bank thanks to teller-inspired windows.

The coffee shop serves coffee and tea drinks along with sweet and savory breakfast options. A gougere, for instance, is a light pastry filled with egg and cheese. Rotating puff pastries have included a black bean, feta and caramelized onion option.

Stensland Family Farms dairy products are used throughout the menu.

It’s the fourth location for Coffea. Guests can sit at barstools, in the hotel lobby or take their coffee to the second-story mezzanine library, gathering space and business center.

Hours for now are 6 to 10 a.m. Monday through Friday and 6 to 11 a.m. on weekends. They could expand in the future or as events and guests at the hotel might need.
