What brought you to Sioux Falls?

We initially moved here for my dad’s job when I was in elementary school.

What keeps you in Sioux Falls?

It’s a cliche answer, but cliches exist for a reason: the people. I have lived all over the country, from the mountains to the beach, but never found a place where the people believed in community more than they do here.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?

I love working for an organization whose No. 1 motivating force is true community impact. Whether it’s client or community work, each day we are helping people on their way to becoming the best version of themselves both personally and professionally, and seeing the results of that work continues to inspire me.

How did you get connected to your industry?

In 2018, I attended a conference called CultureCon hosted by Think 3D. I remember leaning over to my mom and saying “I want to work for them one day.” Fast-forward a few years and I see a job posting for an opening with Think 3D, and the rest is history! What is something someone might be surprised to learn about you?

Before “settling down” back in Sioux Falls, I converted a Sprinter van into a camper and solo-traveled the country doing wedding photography.

What’s your favorite way to give back to your community?

Working to develop leadership skills in the next generation primarily through our Leaders of Tomorrow program and the Sioux Falls Community Soccer League.

What’s one business you’d like to see in Sioux Falls that isn’t here now?

Trader Joe’s!
