Today is the last day in business for the west-side Burger Time location.

The restaurant at 2300 W. 12th St. posted on social media that it’s closing. A sign at the location reads that some food items might have limited quantity.

The location at 200 S. Lewis Ave. remains open.

Burger Time began as Prime Time Burgers in 1988, with a streamlined menu that was competitive with the nearby McDonald’s. It became part of a similar concept, Burger Time, in 1991 with a focus on burgers and fries, with drive-thru and walk-up options for service.

Burger Time is based in North Dakota and has four locations there along with two in Minnesota.
