Dec. 3, 2024
A brick house in the Prairie Tree neighborhood of south Sioux Falls topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Nov. 11 at almost $1.5 million.
The original homeowners worked with Russ Gulbranson Construction and RSA Architecture & Design to create the 7,700-square-foot home in 2000. It has four bedrooms and five baths.
Features include a primary suite with two bathrooms and two walk-in closets. There’s also a stone-stack fireplace in the great room, an office and an exercise room, along with a workshop space in the three-stall garage.
Our weekly feature sorts through property transfer records in Minnehaha and Lincoln counties to find the 10 most expensive residential sales.
The property transfer information comes from the Minnehaha County Director of Equalization Office and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. Addresses are for Sioux Falls unless noted.
