Allegiant Air is adding service from Sioux Falls to Punta Gorda, Fla., starting in November.

The city is 25 miles north of Fort Myers on the Gulf Coast side of Florida.

Most of the flights are on Mondays and Fridays, with some additional dates around the holidays. Allegiant’s online calendar shows flights from Nov. 15 through April 13.

One-way fares range from $49 to $175.

Allegiant also flies from Sioux Falls to the Orlando and Tampa areas typically from fall through spring.
