An acreage northeast of Canton that sold for $1.1 million topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of April 7.

The ranch walkout was built in 2000 on 3 acres, and the sale included an adjacent 18-acre parcel with an outbuilding. At 2,700 square feet, the house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
