The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 26 was $1.1 million for an acreage north of Brandon.

The 4,900-square-foot ranch walkout home was built in 2006. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The 14-acre property includes 400 trees and a 30-by-60-foot shop with an attached 24-by-24-foot shop.
