Acreage along creek with private beach tops sales report at $1.25M

Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Nov. 15.
The most expensive sale was $1.25 million for a home along Split Rock Creek north of Garretson.
The 4,700-square-foot home was built in 2016 and has eight bedrooms and four bathrooms. It sits on 9 acres and features a private beach.
The other home to top the million-dollar mark sold for $1,075,000. The 4,500-square-foot home in south Sioux Falls has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
