The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 16 was $$935,000 for a house near Bakker Crossing Golf Course.

The 4,700-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2007 in the Bakker Crossing neighborhood south of Sioux Falls. The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
