The Attic to bring Arizona breakfast concept to Dawley Farm Village

The ownership group for The Attic is bringing the first South Dakota location of a popular Arizona breakfast chain to Sioux Falls.
Over Easy will be built as a stand-alone restaurant at Dawley Farm Village, with a targeted opening date of March 2026.
The 4,600-square-foot restaurant, which will be near the Cinemark Century East at Dawley Farm movie theater, will offer a modern diner atmosphere, The Attic Restaurant Group said in a news release.
Over Easy was founded in 2008 in Phoenix and has grown to 18 locations, with more on the way. It has received national recognition from the Food Network, Bon Appetit and Travel + Leisure as one of America’s best breakfast spots, according to the news release. Most recently, it was recognized on Restaurant Business’ 2025 Future 50 list, highlighting the fastest-growing restaurant concepts in the country.
The brand is known for its made-from-scratch breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes, including Banana Nut French Toast, Golden Waffle Dogs, Chilaquiles and Monte Cristo. It will be open daily for breakfast, brunch and lunch, with a full cocktail menu.
The Sioux Falls restaurant is being designed by Lanny Auringer of Innovation Design and will include a dining area and bar that will seat 130 customers. A patio will have room for 40 people.

The restaurant group plans to open two additional Over Easy locations in Sioux Falls in the next few years, likely on the south and west sides.
The Attic Restaurant Group was founded in 2008, starting with The Attic Bar & Grill on East 41st Street and growing to include the adjacent Ass’ociates & Co., The Attic West on West 12th Street and The Gruff Plates + Pours in Brandon.
