Four young professionals have been named as recipients of a 4 Under 40 Award from the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce.

The award is given in recognition of individuals younger than 40 who are leaders in their business, industry and community.

Twenty-six professionals were nominated and qualified for the 2025 award.

The 4 Under 40 Award winners are:

• Olivia Essig, Sanford Health.
• James Gaspar, Interstate Office Products.
• Kate Kotzea, Click Rain Inc.
• Kelly Nyberg, Nyberg’s Ace.

The recipients were announced today at YPN’s Crossroads Summit.

The event is a one-day, professional development conference that draws people from around the region to network and learn.
