The most expensive home sale for the week of June 9 was $1.6 million for a house in south Sioux Falls.

The 5,700-square-foot ranch house was built in 2012 on a 1-acre lot in The Estates on Yankton Trail development. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, butler’s pantry, walk-in closet in the primary suite and a covered patio.
