A home in the Prairie Hills neighborhood in south Sioux Falls that sold for $1.3 million topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of April 28.

The ranch walkout was built in 2012 just south of 69th Street. At 4,600 square feet, the house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a screened-in porch overlooking the backyard and neighboring First Evangelical Free Church.
