New modern Scandinavian-inspired home tops sales report at $1.8M

A new house on the west side of Harrisburg topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Dec. 23 at $1.8 million.

The two-story modern Scandinavian-inspired house was built by Icon Homes on a half-acre lot in the new Sunny Haven Estates neighborhood. The 5,100-square-foot home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include a 30-foot high wall of windows in the great room and fitness and theater rooms in the lower level. The backyard includes an in-ground pool and a one-bedroom pool house/guesthouse.

The property transfer information comes from the Minnehaha County Director of Equalization Office and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. Addresses are for Sioux Falls unless noted.
