Featured-filled home tops sales report at $1.6M

A house designed to feel like a mountain retreat topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Nov. 4 at $1.6 million.
The 7,000-square-foot ranch walk0ut that backs up to a greenway was built in 2005 in the Prairie Hills development. It has five bedrooms and seven baths. Features include a two-story, two-sided stone stack fireplace, theater room, library, exercise room and four-stall garage. The master suite has a three-sided fireplace, sitting area and private balcony.
Two other homes topped the million-dollar mark.
