One of two featured houses on the fall Parade of Homes topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Sept. 30 at $1.6 million.

The two-story walkout built by Jeren Homes sits on an acre in a new neighborhood in northeast Sioux Falls. The 4,700-square-foot home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include an indoor sport court with a 20-foot ceiling and a workout room.
