The most expensive residential sale for the week of Feb. 14 was $888,000 for a home on the south edge of Sioux Falls.

The 5,600-square-foot ranch walkout home in the Cinnamon Ridge II neighborhood near 95th Street and Louise Avenue was built in 2011. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include an outdoor kitchen, sunroom and a three-season room with an indoor hot tub. The lower level has a wet bar, wine cellar, theater and exercise rooms, a storm shelter and a second laundry room.
