The most expensive residential sale for the week of May 13 was $935,000 for an acreage near Spring Creek Golf Course southeast of Sioux Falls.
The ranch walkout home was built in 2010 and sits on 2.6 acres in The Bluffs at Spring Creek. The 4,700-square-foot home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
