Ladies — whether you’ve got some time for fun this hunting season or are just feeling like an indulgent weekend, the latest offerings in downtown Sioux Falls are waiting for you.

“If you haven’t been downtown lately, there’s so much to see and do that might surprise you,” said Anne Haber, co-owner of Pendar Properties.

“We invite you to come down any day, but especially on weekends, you’ll find lots of fun ways to explore our city.”

Here’s our guide to the fun.

Coffee — and a treat: Cafe Breadico

Cafe Breadico has opened inside The Bancorp Building at Cherapa Place, and if you’re a coffee lover, you have to stop by for a cup. The cafe offers a full espresso bar, using coffee beans that are new to Sioux Falls from Stumptown Coffee Roasters, which has shops in Portland, Oregon, along with New York City, Los Angeles and Kyoto, Japan.

And don’t miss indulging in a chef-crafted pastry, quiche or sandwich.

Plus, the hours are long enough that you’ll definitely find a time that works for you: Stop by from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

Brunch bites

You already might have discovered BibiSol inside The Carpenter Building for lunch or dinner, but it should be on your brunch list too. The Sunday brunch is delicious with a standout menu that includes everything from the chef’s Mexican take on elevated avocado toast to a churro waffle.

It’s served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.

Wardrobe update: Combine

Fall is such a fun time to add some new pieces to your wardrobe — and Combine is stocked for the season. You’ll find exceptional wools, denim, accessories and more, plus one-of-a-kind home decor and specialty items perfect for starting on your holiday shopping.

Therese from Alora Ambience, the original creators of the reed diffuser, will be in town Oct. 23. Swing by to meet her, learn about her exquisite fragrance products, and receive 20 percent off everything in the store!

Infuse with wellness

Stop into iv&co and leave refreshed and ready for your fall. The expert team will help guide you to an infusion to help replenish essential nutrients and electrolytes, fortify your immunity and help with overall wellness.

Plus, now included: watch any show, movie, sports or news program with a new portable TV and Bluetooth headphones, with no charge and access to all major streaming services.

Lunch date — or happy hour: Rivage Oak Kitchen

The newest dining addition to Cherapa Place is definitely one to check out for lunch, dinner or happy hour.

Hunting season suggestion: Add a timely twist to your order, and try the pheasant bruschetta on the appetizer/happy hour menu or the leg of pheasant on the dinner menu.

Make a memorable purchase

Whether you’re looking for an unforgettable gift or ready to treat yourself, stop into Say Anything Jewelry while you’re downtown. You’ll find it in The Carpenter Building, 225 S. Phillips Ave. We love all the one-of-a-kind pieces, especially the ones to honor your pet. And did you know the shop now features permanent jewelry?

Make an appointment, or stop in from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Savor a cocktail

Cheers to a girls’ weekend: The only tough part is deciding where to toast. We’re staying in the East Bank neighborhood and hitting up Highball!

Our new favorite featured cocktail is the Short N’ Sweet, a fruity, floral and effervescent that’s a nod to Sabrina Carpenter. Think vanilla vodka, framboise, rose, lemon and sparkling rose.
