A seven-bedroom home north of Sioux Falls that sold for $975,000 topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Feb. 3.

The ranch walkout house was built in 2019 on a 1-acre lot in the Cedar Ridge rural development. The 4,200-square-foot home has five bathrooms, a four-stall garage, covered deck and shed.
